Sound mixer on 15 feature films and 64 documentaries. Serviced 13 North American MOW/Mini Series and 7 North American episodic series productions for ABC, CBC, BBC, NBC, Disney, Alliance, Atlantis, Universal, Columbia Tristar, Sony Television and Discovery Channel. Ten international expeditions for the Cousteau Society and Jean-Michel Ocean Futures Society. Worked extensively in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australasia, the Pacific, and various Asian countries.

VidCom (NZ) Ltd
Auckland, New Zealand. 1975–1978
Imported to New Zealand to help establish New Zealand's first colour/broadcast capable video facility and production house
(Vidcom was the 12th world-wide). Responsible for all sound engineering, location recording and post-production mixing.


British Foreign Office: Overseas Development Administration
Malawi. 1972–1975
Seconded to the Government of Malawi, Southern Africa as Chief Technical Officer, to the Information Department of the the
Office of the President. Managed a large technical facility and selected and trained staff to operate various technical facilities for the President, Ministries and other Government departments.

BBC TV Film Dept
Ealing, London, UK. 1969–1972
Based at Ealing Studios and trained as a sound recordist for a year, then attached to sound post-production transfer suites and dubbing theatres around London.

Elstree, Hertfordshire, UK. 1966–1969
Sound assistant and boom operator – working on a wide range of live and recorded television drama and light entertaiment shot in studio and on location.

Sound engineer in charge of servicing a wide range of recording and reproducing equipment used for major theatre productions, son et lumieres and fashion shows.
